Team Camp

The primary purpose of team camp is to immerse athletes in a sport-specific program while maintaining a competitive and controlled environment. Team camps are designed to provide athletes with a strong foundation for collegiate level competition through superior strength training and modern conditioning techniques. The goal is to support each athlete in improving their speed, conditioning, strength, agility and sport-specific skills.

Team Camp Format:

  • Proper teaching and testing

11-14 & 15-18(Boys and Girls)
